Local Deliveries

For deliveries within Poblacion, Cervantes, Ilocos Sur area including Barangay Rosario and Concepcion, we utilize the local mode of transportation available (Tricycle) for transport. We offer FREE delivery within Poblacion area up to 3 km radius from the shop location for a minimum purchase of Php 2,000.  To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the exact address along with clear landmarks. Kindly allow up to 2 hours for order preparation and an additional hour for delivery for regular sized items. A confirmation will be sent once your order has been successfully delivered.

All orders received after our business hours will be processed the following day.

Oversized and Heavy Items

Although we strive to cater to all your orders, we might not always be able to fulfill the deliveries due to limitations on the availability of transport facilities particularly for oversized and heavy items.  We recommend that before confirming your order for these items, please check the dimensions and weight to assess what type of transport vehicle is required to deliver the products.  For heavy and oversized items, we accept shop pick-up only and the customer will have to arrange the pick-up and delivery, but nevertheless, we are always ready to assist our customers in any way we can to fulfill the shipment of their orders.

Nationwide Shipping (Philippines)

For small and regular sized items, we can arrange shipment via J&T Express whenever possible. The delivery app is not yet integrated with our website and we will fulfill this manually after we receive the confirmation of the customer's order. In the event that delivery is not possible with J&T Express or any other courier services, we have no recourse but to cancel the order. 

For electronic items, we perform the testing of the items prior to delivery and secure the confirmation of the client before shipment to avoid the returns of items due to damage and defect. We only deliver electronic items to Luzon area. Please bear with us as we work on the logistics in being able to ship nationwide. 

As of now, we do not ship outside the Philippines.
